Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunder Online.
We are committed to delivering your groceries fresh, fast, and reliably across Qatar.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across major locations in Doha and surrounding areas.
If your location is outside our delivery range, our team will contact you before processing the order.


2. Delivery Time

Same-Day Delivery

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Delivery Window

  • Standard Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

  • You may receive a call from our rider to confirm your delivery time if needed.


3. Delivery Charges

  • QAR 15 standard delivery fee.

  • Free delivery on orders above QAR 100 (after discounts).

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.


4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

  1. We verify product availability.

  2. Perishable and frozen items are packed securely to maintain freshness.

  3. Orders are dispatched with our in-house delivery team.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you for a replacement or refund before dispatch.


5. Click & Collect (Pickup)

If enabled:

  • You may choose Store Pickup during checkout.

  • Pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.


6. Delivery of Fresh, Frozen & Fragile Items

We take extra care to maintain the quality of:

  • Meat, poultry, and seafood

  • Dairy and frozen items

  • Eggs, bread, and fragile products

If you receive an item that is damaged, melted, or spoiled, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.


7. Missed Deliveries

If the rider cannot reach you:

  • The order may be rescheduled for another time.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts.


8. Order Tracking

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation via email/SMS

  • A rider call before delivery if needed

(If you enable tracking links on Shopify, we can add that line too.)


9. Returns for Delivered Orders

Perishable items (meat, dairy, frozen, fruits, vegetables) cannot be returned unless damaged upon delivery.
